Chief Information Solutions was founded by Alex Silberman. Alex has been managing diverse, complex problems involving people, processes, technology, and an ever changing landscape for 20 years.

Alex believes that only by addressing issues directly and through a broad business and technical vocabulary, can companies achieve market leadership and consistently avoid plateaus.
The things that worked for a company when it was a given size break down again and again as organizations grow. Most firms institutionalize processes that are no longer viable, both when growing or downsizing, and fail to react quickly. Alex’s reintegrates change as a natural organizational component, and allows businesses to focus on results.

Alex’s strong business perspective was developed from his early experiences as a teacher, manager, executive, and entrepreneur being successful where others before him had failed. Alex has honed his knowledge through counseling business leaders in a variety of fields for the past 15 years. Alex helps clients create productive work environments with a broad vocabulary and awareness that allows staff to operate at a higher level for the business and themselves.
